Medicinal Preparation
Infusion: 1 oz of leaves or flowers per pint of
boiling water poured over the herb. Let steep for 5 to 20 minutes then 1 cup 3 to 4 times per day.
Seeds are normally used whole or ground and used like flour in food preparations which also provides
the same medicinal benefits
